Intro to Pickleball (Youth):

Serve up some fun this winter with YMCA Youth Pickleball! Held in our brand-new Field House, this fast-paced and easy-to-learn program introduces young players to one of the nation’s fastest-growing sports. Participants will learn the fundamentals of pickleball—including serving, volleying, footwork, and scoring—through engaging drills, skill challenges, and friendly games.

Our experienced instructors focus on building coordination, confidence, and teamwork in a supportive and active environment. Each session also reinforces the YMCA’s core values of respect, responsibility, honesty, and caring, helping players grow both on and off the court.

All skill levels are welcome—no experience needed. Join us this winter to stay active, make new friends, and discover the excitement of pickleball at the Y!

Intro to Pickleball (Adult):

Learn the basics and have fun on the court with YMCA Adult Intro to Pickleball! Perfect for beginners, this program teaches fundamental skills such as serving, volleying, scoring, and court positioning in a relaxed and supportive environment. Sessions are held in our brand-new Field House, giving participants plenty of space to practice and gain confidence.

In addition to skill development, players will explore the YMCA’s core values of respect, responsibility, honesty, and caring, building both confidence and camaraderie. Whether you’re new to the sport or just looking to brush up on the basics, this program is a great way to stay active, meet new people, and enjoy the fast-growing game of pickleball.

Parent & Child Pickleball (Ages 7+):

Looking for a fun and active way to spend time together? Our Parent & Child Pickleball program is the perfect introduction to one of the fastest-growing sports in the country!

This beginner-friendly class is designed for both kids and adults to learn the fundamentals of pickleball side by side. Participants will be introduced to basic skills such as serving, rallying, scoring, and court positioning—all in a supportive and engaging environment.

Whether you’re picking up a paddle for the first time or just looking to learn together, this program focuses on fun, teamwork, and building confidence on the court.

Intermediate Pickleball (Adult):

Ready to take your pickleball game to the next level? Our Intermediate Pickleball class is designed for adult players who already have a basic understanding of the game and are looking to improve their skills, strategy, and confidence on the court.

This class will build on foundational pickleball knowledge and focus on shot consistency, court positioning, game strategy, communication, and overall gameplay. Players can expect a mix of drills, skill development, and live play opportunities in a fun and supportive environment.

Whether you’re hoping to become more competitive or just feel more comfortable during open play, this class is a great way to continue growing your game.

Parent & Child Pickleball (Ages 8+): Monday – 5:00pm – 6:00pm

Intro to Pickleball (Adult): Monday – 6:00pm – 7:00pm

Intermediate Pickleball (Adult): Monday – 7:00pm – 8:00pm
