Homeschool Fit Club

Youth Fit club offers children ages 8-14 the ability to be part of a fun and structured fitness program. Children will learn and enhance different movement patterns as they work on cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, agility and coordination, and balance. All abilities are welcome!

Fit Club will meet on Thursdays from 10:45-11:45am. Winter session 2 runs February 24th – April 12th, 2025.
