When Marquette Area Public Schools are closed due to a snow day, the YMCA in Marquette will run a full day program for children ages 5-12.

It will run from 8:00am-4:30pm.

Your child will need to bring a nut free lunch, 2 snacks, a water bottle, swim suit and towel (if the pool is available we will utilize it) and snow gear.

The cost is $35 for members or $40 for non-members. There is a maximum of 20 participants and is based on first come first serve. Registration will open once the snow day is publicly announced.

VIRTUAL SNOW DAY POLICY:

As of February 21st, we are aware that MAPS has released information regarding virtual days. While we would like to provide assistants to families, it is not possible to this year under short notice to accommodate for virtual learning. We will still offer our regular snow day program, with the understanding that virtual learning will NOT be completed during our program. Thank you for your understanding.
