Be motivated and encouraged while training alongside others in our circuit style, small group personal training classes. While offering individuality to each participant, our small group training will help all of your fitness parameters, from strength and power to cardiovascular and core.

Class Details:
• 60-minute sessions
• Small group setting (3+ participants)
• Individualized coaching within a team atmosphere

Class time: Tuesday at 10:00am 

Classes are held in the south side of gymnasium.
