From the Couch to the Finish Line!
Ready to lace up your sneakers and conquer your first 5K? Our Couch to 5K program is the perfect beginner-friendly training plan designed to get you from walking to running a 5K. Whether you’re new to running or getting back into fitness, this program will help you build endurance — with the support of our YMCA community every step of the way.

- Open To: All fitness levels (ages 16+, YMCA members & non-members)
