Functional basketball fitness + basketball skills development = HoopsFit!

This circuit style program is designed for basketball players who want to work smarter and harder to get better. From a basketball fitness standpoint, athletes will work on mobility, strength, quickness, footwork, agility, and endurance. Skill work included in the circuits will be ball handling and shooting.

Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00am-11:00am in the gymnasium.

Athletes are welcome to stay after class to play pickup games.

HoopsFit first session is Tuesday, June 13th. Last session is Thursday, August 31st.

Please note, there will not be class on Tuesday, July 4th or Tuesday, August 8th.

Open to boys and girls, grades 4th-8th.

To ensure quality instruction and individual attention, HoopsFit is limited to 20 athletes.
