Youth Fitclub offers children ages 6-12 the ability to be part of a fun and structured fitness program. Each session starts with a dynamic warmup and then progresses to a circuit style workout format. Children will learn and enhance different movement patterns as they work on cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, agility and coordination, and balance. Each session ends with an activity or game. All abilities are welcome.
FitClub is open for ages 6-12.
Sessions meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:15pm-5:00pm in the gymnasium.
