Pool Parties

CELEBERATE A BIRTHDAY, YOUTH GROUP, SPORTS TEAM, SCOUT TROOP, AND MORE WITH A SPLASH AT THE YMCA!

Parties can be reserved Friday evenings from 5:00 to 7:00pm and Saturday afternoons from 2:00 – 4:00pm. 

A maximum of 25 kids & adults are allowed in the pool.

Due to a lack of space, there is a cap of 25 total individuals allowed in the seated area.

  • $225 for non-members
  • $175 for members
  • $100 for staff

In order to reserve your party date, a $50 deposit is required at the time of registration.

The rest of the cost is due at least one week prior to the party.

The $50 deposit required is NON-REFUNDABLE.

The party home base will be at the tables in front of the Wellness Center. The tables will be reserved for the party and party guests are able to use the green lockers. The family locker room will be available for changing into swim suits.

Fridays: From 5 pm – 6 pm, the party can utilize the home base for food, drinks, and presents. The allowed time slot for pool usages is from 6 pm – 7 pm.

Saturdays: From 2 pm – 4 pm, the party can utilize the home base for food, drinks, and presents. The allowed time slot for pool usages is from 3 pm – 4 pm.

No kids are allowed in the hot tub or the sauna during the birthday party.

Safety always comes first. Please follow all lifeguard instructions.

General Pool Rules

  • A total of 25 people are allowed in the pool area at one time.

  • A supervising adult must remain in the pool area at all times. This adult is responsible for the children and ensuring they follow all rules.

  • Children under age 8 must have an adult in the water with them.

    • A lifejacket does not replace the need for an adult in the water.

    • One adult may supervise up to two children under age 8 in the water.

  • Party participants are only allowed in the Aquatics area.

  • The sauna and hot tub are not available for use.

  • No roughhousing, jumping, running, or diving in any area of the pool.

  • No hanging or sitting on safety lines.

  • No swimming in the slide exit well when the slide is on.

  • All swimmers must shower before entering the pool.

  • No food, glass containers, or beverages other than water on the pool deck.

  • Shoe covers must be worn if not barefoot or in flip-flops/sandals. (Covers are provided.)

  • Do not use the pool when sick—as a courtesy to others.

  • Children not bathroom-trained must wear a swim diaper.

  • The Wave Drowning Protection System is required for all organized groups. All children in the water must wear a headset.

  • No smacking of noodles or kickboards.

Slide Rules

  • Riders must go down feet first in a seated or lying-on-back position.

  • One rider at a time. Lifejackets are permitted.

  • Please wait at the bottom of the stairs next to the lifeguard until the previous rider has entered the water.

  • Walk up the stairs—no running.

Emergency Signals

  • 1 short whistle blast: Pay attention to the lifeguards.

  • 1 long whistle blast: Clear the pool immediately.

Non-Pool Rule

  • Due to limited space, there is a cap of 25 individuals allowed in the seated area for cake by the wellness floor.
