ADULT RACE - 9:00 am

Swim Course - 1/4 mile
The swim will be in Teal Lake. The course will be determined based on wind consitions on July 18. Wetsuits may be worn.

Bike Course - 20K
The bike course takes you north of Negaunee on North Road, out to the site of the old airport, and then north again to South Basin Drive before heading back to the transition area. The course is an out-and-back with 2 turn-around points. Click here for a map.

Run - 5K
The run course goes along the path along side of Teal Lake before heading into the neighborhood east of Teal Lake for two loops. Click here for a map.

KIDS‛ TRIATHLON - 12:00 noon

Kids receive a race t-shirt, goody bag, and a finishers‛ medal.
Awards to first overall girl and boy and top 3 girls and boys in each age group.

The swim is very shallow & safe - never over waist deep.

Age Groups:
7 -8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14

Distances:
200 ft swim, 2 mile bike 1/2 mile run. Click here for a map

Friday, July 18, 4 - 7 pm
Day of Event: 7 - 8 am for adult race
7:30 am - 10:30 am for the kid’s race

Awards
Awards to the 1st overall female/male. Age group awards to top 3 female/male 19 & under in 10 year increments to 75+. Awards to top 3 overall relay teams.

What to Expect
Each participant will receive a race t-shirt,
goodybag, swim cap and chip timing.

How to Get There
Take Hwy 41 in to Negaunee and turn north
on to Croix Street.

Parents: Register for the adult race and pay
only $5 for each child you register
