Summer Day Camp

Day camp, like many Y programs, is about learning skills, developing character and making friends.  Day camp offers new experiences, skill building, a sense of community and lasting friendships. Y counselors are dedicated to making sure camp is an amazing experience for every camper and encourages character growth through caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. The best part? Children have a great time and parents have peace of mind knowing their children are in a safe, nurturing environment.

2012 Summer Camp
Dates: Monday, June 11, 2012 - Friday, August 31, 2012
Ages: 5 through 12
Location: Mon, Wed & Fri: Vandenboom Child Development and Activity Center (1175 Erie Ave, Marquette); Tue & Thurs: Marquette YMCA (1420 Pine Street, Marquette)
Cost: $30 per day/$130 per week for members and $60 per day/$260 per week for non members.

Bring completed forms to Vandenboom Child Development and Activity Center to complete your registration. Pre-registration is required. Registrations must be received and paid no later than noon on the Thursday prior to the week of attendance. Late registrations will not be accepted.

All of our camp staff are at least 18 years of age, undergo criminal background checks, are certified in CPR and First Aid, and receive extensive pre-camp training. The Y’s Day Camp is licensed by the State of Michigan. By selecting the Y’s Day Camp, you are investing in a safe, fun, memorable experience for your child.
