The Y’s senior programs bring men and women together to make lasting positive changes to their lifestyles and connect with others through fitness, sports and shared interests.

Adult Martial Arts - This traditional martial arts class is geared toward adults, especially those ages 30-85. Each individual trains within their own physical ability level or restrictions. Taught by Master Joyce Tredeau.
Aqua Aerobics- This class is a low impact aerobic conditioning, resistance training and flexibility class; no swimming is required.
Baby Boomer & Beyond Expo - Come to the YMCA and learn about goods and service available in Marquette County. Look for information coming in September 2012.
Enhance Fitness- Enhance Fitness focuses on stretching, flexibility,
balance, low impact aerobics, and strength training exercises. This class is proven to: · Increase your strength · Boost your activity levels · Elevate your mood and · Decrease the likelihood of falls. Offering at the Marquette YMCA starting January 16th, Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30am - 11:30pm. Members $25.00 per session Non Members $40.00 per session. Learn more here.
Fitness Services - Improve your strength, fitness and coordination with the help of a certified personal trainer. We offer team, group, semi-private and personal training and more! Fitness Services Brochure.
Kayaking - Learn enough about equipment, paddle strokes and safety to get out and have fun. Great for those wanting to try the sport and see what all the fun is about. Non-instructional paddle sessions are also available..
Y Arts - We strengthen communities by connecting people of all backgrounds and ages around shared interests as they explore new skills and talents. Art programs taught by artist Elizabeth Howe will include drawing, painting and design.
