If you answered yes to any of these questions then beginner clinics are for you! Come meet our wonderful instructors and learn the basic moves, form and function of our most popular classes! Free for members and non-members.
We are now offering LES MILLS Body Attack and Body Flow.
LES MILLS BODY ATTACK- This high energy interval training class conbines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivates everyone towards their fitness goals. No matter what your fitness level is, you'll get fit in this class.
LES MILLS BODY FLOW- This Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music creates a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Classes are free to members. Guests may attend when purchasing a single day pass for $7 or a 6 visit punchcard for $35.
