Lock
Your Valuables
Each of us values honesty. To help ensure this, please remember to
lock all of your belongings at all times. If you forget a lock, we
have a few available that you can borrow for the day without cost.
We have padlocks that you can purchase.
Lost
& Found
The YMCA is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ask at
the front desk if you've lost an item. We hold items for a maximum
of 1 week.
Locker
Rentals
You may rent a locker on a monthly basis at the Marquette facility
for $10 per month; this includes complimentary towel service. Must
be bank drafted, paid in full or payroll deducted.
Locker
Usage
Any locks left on lockers that have not been rented after closing
will be removed. Anything left in lockers may be reclaimed at the
front desk. We hold items for a maximum of 2 weeks.
Code
of Conduct
You have a right to enjoy our programs and facilities without fear
of personal safety or verbal abuse. The YMCA staff reserves the right
to suspend or revoke the membership privileges of anyone who does
not respect other members, uses foul language or purposely tries to
interfere with others while at the YMCA. Also, if you should view
any "suspicious" behavior anywhere in or on YMCA property,
please notify staff immediately.
Dress
Code
Please respect our family environment by wearing appropriate attire
in each area. Swim suits are only allowed in the pool area.
A.W.A.Y.
(Always Welcome at the YMCA)
Are you planning a trip out of town? When you travel and want to use
the services at a YMCA in another city on a short-term-basis, just
show your YMCA of Marquette County membership card. Your card states
"AWAY" which means that we participate in this program.
Some YMCAs may choose not to participate in the AWAY program; you
may wish to call the YMCA in the town you're visiting in advance.
Refunds
YMCA memberships and programs are non-refundable. In the event that
the YMCA needs to cancel a program, you will be contacted and given
the option of a full refund or program credit. We may also offer a
makeup class.
Strong
Kids Program
The YMCA of Marquette County believes in providing membership
and programs to all those who desire to participate in the YMCA, regardless
of their ability to pay. If you, or someone you know is interested
in receiving scholarship assistance, please contact the YMCA for more
information. Applications are available at the front desk; please
allow at least one month for processing. |
