I began working at the YMCA of Marquette County in 2007.  What brought me to the Y and continues to bring me back every day is the possibilities of making Marquette County a better place to live.  Throughout the 5 years I have been at the Y I have been able to connect with families and members to find them happiness through total mind and body.  The YMCA as an organization has grown dramatically within the last 10 years and they have become more connected with the community of Marquette and the surrounding areas.  What will continue to bring me back and advocate for the YMCA for the rest of my life is the fact that I am able to make a difference in members' lives day in and day out.  I thank the YMCA and the individuals I work with at the Y for pushing me to continue my education and continuing to put the community members of this town in the fore front.
