When I first came to Marquette to go to NMU, all I was looking for was a job to get me through school. I was hired for the front desk, but I got more than just a job. Over the past three years, I have been able to grow relationships with so many of our members. These realtionships have changed my life and allowed me to fall in love with this wonderful community that we live in. Before the Y, I was just another student at Northern; now I feel like I have made a meaningful impact on the community The Y not only provided me with a job, but a sense of well being and caring that I've never had before. I am greatful to be a part of such a rewarding and suppporting organization.
